Message from Headmaster

The school has a rich legacy, with its band group gaining national recognition during the 1960s. Notably, in 1966, the band was honored by Pakistan’s then-President Field Marshal Ayub Khan and Governor Monem Khan. During Bangladesh’s Liberation War, several students, including Jewel and Faizul Mintu, sacrificed their lives.

NGHS offers academic instruction from Class 2 through Class 10, with specialization options in Science and Business Studies for students in Classes 9 and 10. The school supports a variety of extracurricular programs, including BNCC (Bangladesh National Cadet Corps), Scouts, and Red Crescent units.
